Have a participant who bought the wrong size t-shirt? Not a problem! Here's how we can get that fixed:
- Email us - we can adjust your inventory and remove the item from the participant's registration. We'll need to know which event event, which participant, and which merchandise item we're changing. It's easiest if you send us their confirmation number.
- Create a merchandise discount code for 100% of the cost of the merchandise item
- Send the participant the discount code and Instruct them to re-purchase the correct size. They can follow the instructions in this article to get the item added to their existing registration.
