HTML vs Text
If you want to add bold, italics and images to your email, you need to send HTML-based emails. Here's a quick rundown for you on HTML vs Text
Pros: looks prettier, can include images, can track click-throughs to imATHLETE with Marketing links.
Cons: takes longer to send than text, higher bounce rates

Pros: much lower bounce rates, faster send, less chance of getting in junk mail folder, can track click-throughs to imATHLETE with Marketing links.
Cons: no open rate reporting
Adding an image
From your Email Campaign page in the Email Manager, click the icon below:
NOTE: Due to anti-spam and anti-virus measures, you can not upload images to the email manager. You can add images by clicking the button in the photo above and adding the link to your image that is hosted on another site.
Getting a link to your image
If the image is already being hosted on your website, just head over to the page the image is visible, right click on the image and choose Copy Image Address. You can then paste that into the Email Manager when inserting your image.
If the image is not yet being hosted somewhere, you can host it with a free photo hosting website of your choice (such as Photobucket or Flickr). Once you've uploaded so the site of your choice, just grab the photo URL and paste it into the URL box above.

You can specify these values when inserting your photo - or change them once the photo has been added by double clicking on the image.
This is the link to your photo. We'll pull the image directly from the URL, and you will see a preview in the Preview box.
A text description of the photo - this is helpful for anyone who doesn't load images or is using a screen reader to read your message. It's best to be as descriptive as possible in as few words as possible.
Specify how wide you'd like your image to be, in pixels. If you'd like to keep the aspect ratio the same, be sure the lock icon to the right of the width and height fields is in the locked position. If you'd like to break the aspect ratio, click it to unlock.
Specify the height of your image, in pixels. Again, if you'd like to keep the aspect ratio the same, be sure the lock icon to the right of the width and height fields is in the locked position. Otherwise, click to the unlocked position.
Specify the border size for your photo in pixels.
Space to the left and right your image in pixels.
Space above and below your image in pixels.
Not set - pushes text below the image
Left - floats the image left, wraps text on the right
Right - floats the image right, text on the left
Image Properties Editor - Link
The URL you would like to direct folks to when they click on your image.
Where that link should open. New Window is recommended as this will open your link in a new tab or browser window.
Adding a hyperlink
From your Email Campaign page in the Email Manager, highlight the text you want linked.
Looking to insert your own HTML?
No problem! From the email manager, click the HTML icon, type your own HTML and clickOk. Voila!
