Displaying your No Refund Policy is quick and simple.
From your account Dashboard:
- Click ‘edit’ next to your event name
- Under Event Setup click on the red ‘Cancellation, Deferral, Waitlist’ link
- Navigate to the ‘Your cancellation policy’ field
- Select No next to 'Do you want to allow your participants to cancel their registration?'
- Select Yes next to 'Do you want to display your Cancellation $ Refund Policy on Event Details?'
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save & Continue'
