Setting Up a No Refund Policy

Displaying your No Refund Policy is quick and simple.

From your account Dashboard:

  1. Click ‘edit’ next to your event name
  2. Under Event Setup click on the red ‘Cancellation, Deferral, Waitlist’ link
  3. Navigate to the ‘Your cancellation policy’ field
  4. Select No next to 'Do you want to allow your participants to cancel their registration?'
  5. Select Yes next to 'Do you want to display your Cancellation $ Refund Policy on Event Details?'
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save & Continue'
