If you are getting an error message about missing payee information when trying to launch or preview your event, here's what you'll need to do.
You'll need to add your company information to your imATHLETE account (not just to the event) before you'll be able to preview or launch your event. Here are the steps you'll need to follow to get rid of that payee error message:
- From your dashboard, click Add Company Info
- Enter your company information
- Click Save and Continue
- Go back to your event set up by clicking the edit link next to your event name
- Click on the Payment Information link in the left sidebar
- Make sure your payee information has been entered and click Save and Continue. Note: You'll need to click Save and Continue even if you didn't make any changes.
- Click the Confirm link on the bottom left sidebar and Preview or Launch your event.
